This week plan a date night for your husband or wife. Specifically think of something that you would enjoy doing together.

r During the date, discuss the possibility of making this a regular behavior. Our suggestion: Take turns planning the date. When it’s your turn to plan, you must plan the date thinking about something your spouse would enjoy. This communicates that you are listening and are willing to invest in their world.
