Knowledge can spark an (intellectual) advancement of the mind
I
Theology can spark a (spiritual) revival of the soul
I
Love can spark a (relational) connection of the heart
I
Power can spark the wheels of (change) in the body
But . . .
when you combine the heart, soul, mind
and strength you get (life-changing) faith
And . . .
life changing faith can spark a (revolution)
in the world
REVOLUTION
a thorough replacement of an (establishment)
of the people; a sudden or (complete) altering change in a person or
group of people
GOD’S INITIAL STRATEGY AND HOPE
FOR A REVOLUTION
Deuteronomy 6
“ . . . so that you, your
children and their children after them may fear the Lord your God as long as
you live by keeping all his decrees and commands that I give you, and so that
you may enjoy long life . . . Hear, O Israel:
The Lord our God, the Lord is one.
Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and
with all your strength.”

GOD’S CONTINUED HOPE FOR A

John 3
“For God so loved the
world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not
perish but have eternal life. For God
did not send his Son into the world to condemn the world, but to save the world
through him.”

GOD’S FUTURE HOPE OF A REVOLUTION
Matthew 28:16-20
“Therefore go and make disciples of all nations,
baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit,
and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. And surely I am with you always, to the very
end of the age.”

Is a Revolution Needed?
Commitment

It starts with me

It is shared with others
ª give (God) the glory
It’s all about Him
